CALDRIX CASHFLOW
Privacy Policy
How information is handled across website enquiries and local cash-flow workspaces.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Who is responsible
CALDRIX LTD, company number 17058673. Registered office: 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Caldrix is responsible for personal information it uses to manage its website and business enquiries. This notice covers website enquiries and local cash-flow workspaces. Hosted account processing is also subject to the privacy information and data-processing agreement applicable to that service.
Website visits and enquiries
Browsing this website does not upload your client’s financial records. This website has no advertising or analytics trackers and no financial-data submission form.
If you contact us, we use the details and message you provide to answer your enquiry and keep an appropriate response record. Please avoid sending unnecessary client or personal information.
Our lawful basis for general business enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where an individual asks us to take steps towards a contract with them, the contract basis may apply instead. A company’s contract does not automatically provide that basis for every employee or client mentioned in a message.
Local cash-flow data
In the local application, client names, cash account details, transactions, expected receipts and payments, assumptions and saved reviews are stored in your browser profile on your device. Imports and review take place locally in that workflow; client financial records are not automatically sent to Caldrix.
Exports and backups are stored wherever you choose to save them. Protect them appropriately. Clearing browser data, changing profiles or losing the device can affect your saved workspace.
Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to access its client records. Client selection organises work; it is not a separate access boundary between people.
Account and client-information responsibilities
Account information used to manage a relationship with Caldrix is different from financial information processed for a client.
For client information, the relevant controller determines why it is processed. Depending on your relationship with the client, you may act as controller or as their processor. For any hosted account service, the applicable data-processing agreement must set out Caldrix’s processor or subprocessor responsibilities.
That agreement must cover permitted processing, providers, security responsibilities, rights assistance and return or deletion of data. It does not remove the responsibilities of the client or professional using the service.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The local application uses browser storage to provide the saved workspace you request.
If additional storage, tracking or third-party tools are introduced, the notice and controls must explain their purpose and duration. Where consent is required, those tools must wait for your choice.
Sharing and international transfers
The local application does not automatically share your financial records with Caldrix or an external accounting service. Sharing an exported report is your action.
Information voluntarily included in an enquiry may be handled through the communication service you choose. For account processing, the applicable privacy information must identify recipients, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards.
How long information is kept
Local records remain subject to your browser storage and your management of workspaces and backups.
For enquiries held by Caldrix, retention depends on the enquiry, any continuing relationship, relevant legal obligations and the need to handle a dispute. Information should be removed when those purposes no longer require it.
For any hosted account service, the applicable notice and agreement must set out its retention, deletion and backup arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to use for direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
Email support@caldrix.co.uk or write to CALDRIX LTD at the registered office above, describing your request. We may need reasonable information to verify identity and locate relevant records. Requests are handled within the periods required by data-protection law.
If a request concerns a client record controlled by another business, contact that business first. Caldrix can assist where its agreement and role allow.
Privacy complaints
Raise a privacy complaint using the contact details above. We will acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office:
Changes to this notice
The date on this page identifies this version. A change to how personal information is used must be explained before the new processing begins where the law requires it.
