CALDRIX CASHFLOW
Terms and Conditions
The terms for using Caldrix Cashflow and this website.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
About these terms
Caldrix Cashflow is provided by CALDRIX LTD, company number 17058673. Registered office: 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
These terms cover our website and product information. If you create an account or purchase a plan, the service terms and order information presented for your acceptance also apply. Browsing this website does not start a subscription.
Using Caldrix for business
Caldrix Cashflow is intended for business cash forecasting and client reviews. If you use it for an organisation or client, you must have authority to do so and to use the information you enter.
Keep account details accurate and protect any login credentials. Do not give another person access beyond the permissions available in your plan.
Your figures and decisions
A forecast uses the balances, transactions, expectations and dates supplied to the product. It estimates future cash; it does not promise that a payment will arrive or a particular balance will be achieved.
Review the client, accounts, currency, dates and assumptions before using or sharing an output. A separate Decision tests an alternative; it does not make the business decision for you.
The product supports financial analysis. Its outputs do not replace your professional judgement or advice specific to a client’s circumstances.
Your data and reports
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You may use and share reports created from it for your business and client work.
Where an account service processes client information, permission to handle it is limited to providing that service under the applicable agreement and documented instructions. The applicable data-processing agreement sets out each party’s responsibilities.
Only include information needed for the cash workflow. Do not submit information you are not authorised to use.
Local workspaces
Where you use browser-stored workspaces, saved records remain in that browser profile on that device. Keep verified backups and protect the device and browser profile.
Separate client workspaces organise your work; they do not give different people separate access to a shared browser profile.
Plans, trials and payment
Before a paid plan starts, its order information must show the price, included clients, applicable taxes, billing period, renewal arrangements and cancellation process.
Any trial must state its duration, limits, whether payment details are required and what happens when it ends. Visiting the website or creating an account does not itself authorise a payment.
The accepted order and service terms govern cancellation, refunds, continued access and any export period.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use the website and service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another user’s work, introduce malicious code or misuse someone else’s confidential information.
Caldrix owns or licenses the website design, software and supporting materials. This does not transfer ownership of your client data to Caldrix.
Availability and changes
Features and supported workflows are described in the product and applicable plan. Third-party links have their own terms and privacy information.
Website information may change. Changes to an accepted subscription follow the notice and change arrangements in its service agreement.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional subscription liability provisions, if applicable, are stated in the service agreement.
